Yeah, but anyone buys sh...tuff off that kalecoauto.com site may need to have their money taken away. Wait, I know people who would buy that sh...tuff. Pretty amusing, though. Porcupine seat covers? Perfect gift for that uh, "pointy" brother-in-law.

Are you talking about the light socket? You can pick them up at most parts stores. If your bumper resembles a '68 in the way the sockets are mounted, I had to take the bumper off to get the light housings off to replace them. So I replaced all 6 sockets while I was in there. One's bad, the rest can't be much better. The sockets I bought were the closest match I could find, and I had to open up the holes (on top of grinding the old sockets out) to make them fit. Then I sealed them so any road splash wouldn't get in them.

This, could be part of your problem. Corrosion can, cause; poor grounding. Poor grounding can cause some weird symptoms. I would, check; all the bulb sockets. As, SteeveeDee says; be prepared to change them all . Sockets and bulbs, all . I found pigtailed sockets (for 1157 and 1156) and the bulbs at NAPA; for, my '55

I checked most of the rear brake lights sockets and all of the other ones look fine for being probably stock lol.. Just one is really corroded.
