That's how I got my Grand Prix. I put a bid in on Wednesday, which tripped the reserve, and then NOBODY put another bid in between then and Sunday. I hadn't sold my Model A yet, so I called my wife in the living room on that Saturday night and said "honey, we may have a problem here..." :Brow: Congrats. K

I'll update my signature once I've got it in my driveway. I got word that they received the money, so now I'm just waiting to hear from the shipper. I've used them before with great results:Nationwide auto transport. They use independents. This one will cost 595.00 door to door, which isn't bad considering fuel prices. I couldn't drive a trailer and get it for that. They said that they need a 48 hour lead time. I initially scheduled it for pick up on the first, but they moved the schedule up, once I told them the seller had the dough. It's funny, but the folks at work got all excited about it. They would all love to own a neat old car, but can't or won't, so they live vicariously through me. I've told them all that I'll help them find a nice affordable preferably BUICK musclecar and help them with the upkeep, but so far, no takers...Dan

Well, It was supposed to be here a week ago, but the shippers couldn't contact the driver, so they gave the job to another driver. I am hoping to get it in the coming week. If not, I might get SORE. Dan
