I have always liked Buicks, and have been surrounded by GS fanatics, all my life, the car I bought was the best offer at the time a 1967 GTX, I picked this avatar because I knew this guy when his FIRST car ever, was a 67 Belvedere and i'm glad he got rid of it, this board looks good from what I have seen of it keep up the good work. P.S. Thank God for Roy Badies Big Mouth or we would not have one of the best rivalries between to manufactures :beer
Nothing wrong with Mopars. I'd like a '70 Road Runner 440 myself. I don't mind the rivalry, it's the guys who try to tell me that a certain car is no good because his type of car is .1 second faster in the quarter mile that I don't care for.
I can't speak for the rest of the guys but I'm always glad to see another Mopar guy on the board. The 1967 GTX has been on my list of cars to get since I was ten years old in 1967. You see, I was raised by a pack of wild Mopars and still have fond feelings for them. My Dad was an engineer at the Trenton Plant where the big blocks were built. I see Buicks and Mopars in a similar light, both have superior powertrains and neither seem to get the respect they deserve until the light turns green. How about some pictures to help me decide if I want to steal Joels GTX or your car.:beer
That's a beauty! Ya want me to shrink down a copy for you to use for your avatar? I can repost it here, and you can right click on it and save it on your computer to use for loading as your avatar. Or I can email it to you.

Hell yeah.. Awesome car. I recently sold a red/red 67 GTX. I love yours. If it's ever for sale, call me FIRST please. Jim

Must be sumthin' about 1967. My favorite GS is the '67 and my favorite Plymouth is the same year. Nothing from Mopar beats that or the 1968 Charger for looks. When I was a kid I used to dream about having a '67 GTX.... I still do.:3gears:
Rick it was a SE ! I knew one day i'd have a Buick like Dads !! It's in the garage !! His twin 68 is in the garage .He is the one who started this Buick stuff !! Wonder why he wouldn't let me drive it ? o No: :Brow: Memorys.... :TU:
I confess I've always liked the Mopar muscle cars too. My favorite is the '69 Road Runner. It's nice to meet a freindly Mopar guy. Welcome, Fran. :3gears:
Thanks, I don't know if you saw the start of this post, but again I have to thank good old, Roy Baddie for opening his big fat mouth, for with out him where would we be ? Mopar vs. Buick the best unknown rivalry in USA!!!
Cool car, keep me in mind if you decide to part with it. Look us up on the Modified Production section of the board here. We'd love to have you participate . Jim
