Beth, Im so glad your mother is A ok. My grandparents have the exact same car. A 1994 Buick Park Avenue Ultra in the same color, leather, loaded, etc. Its a really nice car, can't be more more comfortable than in that car. I grew up in it everyday after kindergarten.
Rob... that reminds me of Liam.. he has been driving around in "Ya-Ya's" car since he was 3 months old. The last couple of years he's been eggin' her on to "stab it and go Woombah" :3gears: like mommy does... She use to a little once in a while. I'll be moms driver tomorrow, so she can get to the doctor & get her a proper rental car. Dana told her today about all of your well wishes and she was tickled pink and says thank you all very much. Beth
Glad to hear your Mom is ok---maybe now she can get another new Buick! Maybe one of the last LeSabres????
WOW That happened to my folks in their Olds Silloette minivan. It looked the same as your moms. Glad to hear that she is OK. Also hope that no one else got hurt.
HOLY SMOKES, Beth! You weren't kidding tonight (Last night, actuallY!) when you told me about your Mom's accident! Thank God she's o.k. Give her a hug from me.....I think I gave you an extra one!
So glad to hear your Mom is OK....the car can can be replaced. Our family's white '69 SportWagon gave up its life to save my Mom somewhere's around 1972 - She was rear-ended by a DumpTruck....the tailgate was somewhere's around where the back doors usually are :eek2: :eek2: Mom herself swears she would have been a 'Gonner in any other car. Give Mom a hug for all of us :beer
Hey beth, just saw the pics. Wow :jd: you wern't kidding  . I'm glad your mom's okay, anything i can do let me know. Give her a hug for me as well. Talk to you soon. Brandon :3gears:
Mom is such a trooper... she's not even complaining of pain today. She's looking forward to being driven around in the "cute black car".... it has a/c, so Dana is enjoying da wagon today... with no a/c Mom has talked to her insurance company, they are ready to write the check & were going to have the car towed to a salvage yard.. :eek2:  she told them NO to the salvage yard.. and said "I want to keep it, to part it out" Insurance company told her ok, we'll still write the check. Oh... the guy who hit her... still has not reported it to his insurance company, I'm not sure why... don't know if he was injured in the accident or not (I hope not). Mom called them and filed a report, she said they were very nice on the phone. Thanks again for all the good thoughts & prayers. Y'all are the best :TU: Beth
I'm very glad your mom is ok. By the looks of that back seat, had anyone been sitting there, I'm afraid we would not be celebrating as much! :eek2: The back door looks like it took the brunt of the impact.
I'm glad you're mom is OK. Be glad she was in a safe car and not some POS that would have crumpled like a beer can. :bglasses:
 Here's Mom... with a little thank you wave to all you wonderful Buick folks. She's now driving a 2005 Dodge Magnum Wagon... I know it's a Dodge... but it's a Wagon :Brow: ...only a rental. It was either the wagon, a PT Cruiser or a Pontiac Grand Prix (I think). The doctor check her over and was amazed she was moving around as good as she is - she should be extreamly sore but she's not. Beth
Great news!!! life is so short & precious. Glad MOM is doing well. Maybe you too can race the wagons  Randy
:jd: Fine Alan... be that way...... NO HUGS FOR YOU.......... :af: What would the NE gang say about you betting on a Slowpar... :eek2: I'll deal with YOU in the RRI parking lot mister man........... :spank: Beth :moonu:
