I lost this tread for a while:Dou: My Mom and Dad lived in Portland Oregon area back the 80's and my Dad had a buddy there that had a old Willys with a blower on it, he also had a few GS's. His name was Gary Whittier sp? He had a car just like this one. I can't help but wonder if this is the same car. Chris

The steelies and dog dish caps look great Mike, amazing how a new top and a buff job changed the look of the car that much

He had a heart attack, my father and Gary were buddies. It hit him hard when Gary passed away. I was over there a bunch of times with Dad and there was a 350 car in the garage and a GS455 and I thought a brown GS350 hidden behind the house under tarps? One of the cars out back had front end damage. Are you the Mike that use to live in Vancouver Washington or the Mike from Portland? Chris

Any chance you could post or send some 'completed' pics? I had on of the board members look at the car for me (as well as drive it). I can't remember the owners first name.. Too many cool things about that car- blue w/ blue painted top, blue interior, options, and the ORIGINAL OWNER! Ugh...

OK- Kevin bought it and sold it. I remember it had like repaired damage on the front fender, so on...He was asking 16K, dropped it down to 14K and I was at 12,500... :Dou:

Ryans-GSX Have fun, life is short.

This GS may go for the highest amount I have seen a GS350 go for. The car looks fantastic. The options this car has it will bring out a few $$$ that often are not seen when a SBB is on the auction block.

Bet this will be the start of a lot of GS350's being auctioned if it gets some large bidding

I seem to remember a GS 350 that was listed (sold?) for 20K or more here I doubt this one brings that. Someone check the archives please. I think it might go 11k

Nice car and didn't he want less when it was for sale on the board? Its depressing me knowing how much I have into mine. Sounds like they dont sell for a decent price huh.

A couple of weeks back I saw a GS350 blue/black in really nice condition sell for $19K on ebay. Anyone seen that car? It was a really nice car with a beautiful color combo.
