Do you know where to look for airbags, cause I'm having a bad time trying to find what you mean.

If you take out your tank make sure the return pipe is 3/8 . you can solder a 3/8 pipe in with map gas.

Wheel hop on a Riviera? Hows your bushings on the pinion angle adjuster.

I'd be lying if I knew where that was. So they very well may be shot.

And when I do a burnout, the car consistently shifts its weight to the left side in the rear. What might that mean? Dying posi?
EDIT: Apparently this means I need more wheel speed. Harder burnouts it is.

Here’s some pictures from last Wednesday:

I just went under the car and gave it a bunch of hard shoves, it appears the bushings aren’t “shot” but definitely factory original, they didn’t move at all

Just my opinion. Those rear tires look kinda large for the weight of the car & a 3.42 rear. Could be slowing you down also. The bigger the tire the more HP it takes to turn them.
Your ET & MPH seem to be inline. My best 60 foot has been a 1.88. Best ET & MPH 13.902 @ 98MPH.
Your car is definitely making more HP than mine.

What has been done to your motor again......I'm sure it's in here but I'm sure you can tell me faster than I can find it.

I dont understand why ppl thing the sp1 is so bad on the street for........most ofvthe time a decent bbb makes enough bottom end that a few lost tq #s wont hurt much but I'm sure the sp1 make a decent more power above 4500 to be worth it.

    Stock 430 short block, 10.2:1 compression, 270/180 ported stage 1 heads, B4B, 850 Quadrajet, GS-113A cam. 12” switch pitch 3200/1800 high/low stall ST400.

    Shifting at 5350 1-2 and 5350 2-3. Could probably go to 5500

I would think with the rpm range of that cam the sp1 would fit better.

When you say stk.....ste we talking like never been touch bottom end.....or are we talking it's been re built and rebalanced with just stk parts.

If it's been rebalanced I would think with that cam you would want to run more rpm........if not rebalanced then I wouldnt push the rpms but your leaving time out there

Pretty sure it’s not been opened up and is the same way it came from Buick in 1967, but I was bouncing it off the rev limiter at 6100 rpm the other day during a burnout :D

An occasional visit there should hurt. Many top end rpm draws up there might have a different effect
