You mean it'd still make power above 2000!? Wow, I should try that - but maybe I'll let it warm up the next time. :laugh:
Yeah...I had a buddy yell at me for revvin' mine after just starting it. What he didn't know was that I had already warmed it up before I shot that clip. The "smoke" at idle was because it was cold, and alot of humidity in the air. The smoke on the revs ?? Unburnt Hydrocarbons, Babeeee !!!
Without any sort of choke, I didn't want to record the initial start sequence. I let it warm up enough to maintain idle (which I brought down to the 800-850, in gear idle range) then started the recording process. The Archos Jukebox is a 15gb hard drive, and you can hear it recording itself spool in the first few seconds. I think I'll start a new thread using the same link, so others interested in the cam can hear. I appreciate you hosting this!
