It was/is a great deal & very considerate of you not to return to TA & to offer it up here - Looking forward to seeing g your new build. I was the 1st to respond which should allow me a reasonable time to decide & these rules are broken all the time but: "...We suggest 48 hours as an acceptable time period to allow interested parties to contact you privately. If the first user who responds to your ad does not complete the sale, you move onto the second person who responded, and so on and so forth down the list, until the item is sold..."
I like to think we are a bit more forgiving of each other than the run-of-the-mill jokers on craigslist or FB. I've met a lot of you guys and think of this as more of a community exchange than a cutthroat marketplace.
