OOOPS.........I screwed up. At least on of those pics are of the '92 GS NAts. Notice the Corvette Homecoming banner in one of the shots? Sorry bout that. They were in an envelope marked 1985 showdown. I know Dad has several pics from the showdown because Mom took some pics of all the Buicks and J.Cs car racing that day. As soon as I can raid Dads junk room I will some more pics. Sorry bout that. Keep the stories and the pics coming. I am enjoying all of them.
In Roberta's photo of the 2-4 Electra is my 71 Sportwagon pulling my 71 GS NHRA stock eliminator car on the trailer!!! Cool!!!
We need a rear shot of Scotty PG Electra when the rear bumper was just about scrapping the track! That car was ugly but was fast with the juice. they won alot of money street racing in Brooklyn.
I think I have this on VHS. Wasn't it narrated by Paul Zazzarine? I remember there was a 65 Wildcat GS 4 speed convertible there too. Unless I am thinking about the Musclecar Nationals?
