Duane, I have a D 17 intake. If it will help and your other deal falls through. The rest of the motor is here scattered around........somewhere,lol. If I have anything ya need I will look.
Dan, The D3 is a little late for this car, but thanks for looking. Dave Burns, The D17 is also too late for my car, but I thank you for looking. Kevin (GS4551970) hooked me up with an intake, heads, and exhaust manifolds, so it looks like I have everything I need now, except for possibly valve covers. Rebuilt 1971 Stage 1 Heads - Date C2 & C4 I just bought a set of rebuilt stock '71 Stage 1 heads from Gary Paine with casting dates C-2 & C-4. THEY ARE A MATCHED SET OF HEADS FOR THOSE APPLICATIONS WHERE NUMBERS AND DATES ARE IMPORTANT.THE INTAKE AND EXHAUST PORTS HAVE NOT HAD ANY PORTING DONE TO THEM,THEY ARE AS FACTORY. THEY HAVE BEEN OVEN CLEANED AND SHOTPEENED TO REMOVE ALL PAINT AND ANY CARBON AND SCALE.THEY WERE THEN RESURFACED IN A CBN MILLING MACHINE TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH FLAT SURFACE. NEW 2.125" AND 1.755" STAGE 1 STAINLESS SWIRL POLISHED VALVES WERE USED.A 3 ANGLE VALVE JOB WAS DONE WITH NEW SEALS,GUIDES REFURBISHED, AND NEW POSTON STAGE 1 PLUS VALVE SPRINGS INSTALLED,120 PSI @ 1.85" SEAT PRESSURE.EXCEEDS FACTORY STAGE 1 SPECS. PAINTED BUICK RED AND READY TO INSTALL.
