I still can't belive it!! It sure makes me :ball: to see it go" BUDDY"..I thought for sure it was going to stay after the reserve was not met  ..I still remember seeing that on the trailer on Christmas eve...and you trying to figure out what the HELL was going on  ..and helping you hang the front bumper in the rain when it came back from the paint shop... :TU: ..where does the time go... Mike...PLEASE enjoy that car as I know you will..it is a real "JEWEL"..and was rebuilt with "LOVING & KNOWING HANDS"..by one of the best guy's I have ever know :beer ....
Well I sold my 69 stage car Mike, but I know where there is a 71 GSX> Just trying to help Mike. Tony
Mike, I will offer to drive this wonderful car to wherever it is heading.. My capable hands will take great care in the delivery of it.Its just those untrusting feet I have that can't be trusted...  I, too am glad to see someone who cares for these cars get it. I had my 1 shot at a 1971 Stratomist GSX once only to be pushed aside by a "friend" so he could get it. I did though, get to drive it after it was fully restored ...once. I have came to the conclusion I will never have an X and even if I did, It would be beyond a basket case. Too bad too because I would give it such a happy home too... I have seen this car up close and had my grubby hands on it as well as my eyes as well. Nice car..So sorry Al had to part with it but I guess thats life sometmes. Here she is at Yardleys.
