I'm happy for you John.....But also heartbroken, it wasn't me who got it. :ball: I knew as long as you had it I might have a shot. congrats to the purchaser.

I thought about selling my 70 stage and getting a 87 grand national it has low miles and i mean low less than 15 grand on the clock and have some money left over. what would you do. the stage needs some work but it runs strong. any sugestions ?

I would keep the stage, they made over 20K 87 GNs, not as many 70 Stage 1- you rarely see them for sale, especially if its number matching.

I contemplate the samething as you but I own a # match 69 GTO judge, I got a weak spot for the buick 70 stage 1 and 87 tubo's, everyone tells me not to get rid of my car even the buick owners.

whatever you decide to do tony, my advice would be for you to be absolutely sure you want to sell your stage1. lots of guys in the muscle car hobby have sold their cars, only to regret it later on. if your stage1 needs some work, fix it if you really like the car.

Take the stage1 to the "stage1 convention" at the BPG nationals in Ohio next year.

The answer will become apparent as soon as you pull in
