OK, For a different sort of funky, how about a Henry J. I've only seen one in person, but it definitely looked sharp. It would work for me.
Speaking of UGLY Nissans. I wouldn't ever want one of these: Looks like a toad banged a late model VW beetle and this ugly bitch was the result.
When I was young I thought these hideous with the big glass hatchback but with a 440 Chrysler for power and sound and all that leather inside I definitely think I could drive one.
1963 225 6-window hardtop (Model 4829). Last year for Dynaflow...and all that chrome plated pot metal inside and out...those were the days.
My wife got rid of her 2011 Subaru Forester and bought this brand new 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD. She loves it and I must admit I like it too. It's a pleasure to drive. We get quite a few compliments on it. Over 30 mpg on the highway. Dead quiet. Something different kind of like our Buicks. We will see how reliable it is. Almost bought the 2019 Buick Envision but to us the styling on the Buick seemed to shout old folks car and the fake wood shiny dash panel was just too much. Just liked the unique sleek modern design of the Murano which was different than all the other competitors.
Yup, both my wife and I would like to have one of those. As far as funky goes, I'm not sure this would qualify and funky but I'd like to have a 1st generation Falcon 2dr. wagon. Modified, of course
There's a couple older ones of those that drive around here, very cool. I've been having a strang hankering for one of these, they're just weird enough and I know where there's a good one for very reasonable:
68Rivi-in-Cali, I can imagine how hard the body work would be to get the right lines on that 62 Starfire?? I never realized the fender in the fender styling..
1986 Dodge 600 Convertible with the Brotherhood of Muscle 99 HP 2.2L FI Now this is funky, and it makes me smile when we cruise around in it.
This is really funny- I thought this was a new thread but I posted the exact same picture in 2017 as 2019. I must really like that Riley! So keeping it funky>>.. how about a Opel Manta?
I would want an Australian Sand Man Ute. Holden made them and there was a model with stripes etc. I could not find a pic of the Sand Man, but here are pics of 2 others. The White one kind of looks like a "messed with" 67 Mustang, while the front end of the Orange one kind of looks like an old 70-72 Monte Carlo. Duane
