How is that clutch for some street driving? I am in the market now for a clutch. Strip /Street build. I am running the McLeoad 1300-1 hydraulic TO bearing. Even with some reinforced firewall, I don't want to push the pedal through the firewall...
clutch is super soft ..but if you want to street drive it I'd add some more base to prevent low rpm slippage
with the low base in it I can literally depress the clutch with my hand with little effort . not what I would recommend for street driving. also would say to not get such a light flywheel unless its more race than street
Just make sure it is made to your vehicle and engine. You wont be disappointed. But if you got the cash, a custom built Holley by Gary Williams is hands down one of very best. Reher-Morrison is where you order one at, trust me, they are gonna pick your brain about car and engine. Every single detail really matters for a Gary Williams Carb. Sincerely Gary Mc.
