Blowing the dust back off of this thread...... What year was the McIntosh vs. TA battle in the Q16 Finals ? If I remember correctly, that race was one by thousands (0.00X) at the finish line.
How about the Beverly Macintosh vs Cindy Garrison Final in the ladies bracket. Everyone watched as these two hard core girls hammered there way to the finals in 91 and my wife won by like a couple thou. The place went wild I remember I couldnt run fast enough back to the trailer to meet her!!! First person in my family to win a race....but not the last! Then I remember Sam Davis having issues with the GSX I rebuilt a posi in the pits for him and my Cindy running the fastest pass in it or Very Few I cant remember which
Just as a side note.... I purchased the Nash 5 speed from Ed Ballings '70 way back. When I didn't use it I sold it to that Mike guy in the post above this. Anyone know what happened to Eds '70? Steve weim55 Colorado
