Yikes: Today's Gas / Yesterday's Hoses

    That could have ended on a much worse note. Glad you caught it.

    I use the lined fuel injection hose.

    Resists the new gas much better.

    Had the same thing happen to the 'Cat on my trip west. It was leaking for an awfully long time as I could smell gas up front with the top down for quite a while. Turns out it was an intermittent hole; it opened up whenever I really laid into the car. As it was, I got very lucky on one stretch in the mountains where it was about 95 degrees. It finally let go at my parent's place and made an obvious mess.
    It could have been one very hot Pussy if it had set up and caught fire...
