I used one in my 70 GS convert. Fit was perfect. Looked identical to the original. Garrison offers a kit if you just need the ends. Mine was completely shot. They also sell the rubbers and hold downs. Tony
The difference between the 455 and the 350 member is a slotted hole for the e brake cable. It is easy to install. The only other difference is the part number which faces the floor pan. If you decide to go that route I have a clean one that you would just have to slot that I never used. $100 shipped.
