Is that the same as the rear defroster switch?Lf so,I have one for you.I also have the harness that goes from the switch to the fuse box.Bruno.

    Bruno,
it is different. The defroster switch remains in position as the convertible switch centers back to the middle.

I have one available 3 prong. I put on meter and see pictures for reading.

Thanks, all - I didn't realize the repro switch would fit, since it was listed as 70-72, but it seems to be identical - I'm going to go with a repro since I figure that'll be longer-lasting (hopefully) than an original.

    thanks,

Was there not someone on this site that had found a person who rebuilt these switches. $109 for a new one is mucho $$. I might suggest that u install two relays - one for up & one for down - to operated the ragtop motors. preserved your switch.

Depends on what is wrong with the switch. I took 1 apart and the plastic was worn out that made the contact work.

They probably came up with that price based on what NOS ones go for if you can find one. Yes $109 is steep but he probably had to get a minimum order produced that might take years to sell.
