Great Info ! Thanks , for the Info. Did you use Comp Cams , lifters etc ? This GS 350 Motor should run very good then. I'll be running stock Intake /exhaust mans . Just as long as it has good "Seat of the Pants" pull I'll be happy . Can't wait to get it back together . Mid -Late Spring I expect to have it up and rolling on it's own Steve
used the complete cam kit timing set, lifters & springs. do some reading on it though it is said it will really come to life with the addition of headers.i don't have them but i know it would make a difference :3gears: good luckwith the project.i'm gettin ready to go 455.do you know anyone who wants a 2600 mile 350 that has 325-350 hp and 400 lbs of torque?
Comp. Cams ,,,,,,, Hey , Just got your message , I' think I'll be going the Comp. Cam Kit . It would be great to have Headers/X-Pipe , But the $300.00+ for them would get me closer to having a car ready to hit the Cruises etc. next summer . I've not had a running Classic in over 2 years , it was too bad I wasn't able to bring my 72 ' to Missouri with us it was just about done all the way except for body and hooking it up . That's not gonna happen next season ! Steve
