Anybody tell me where to get these and what kind of quality they are? I just bought an AC delco oil filter at a cost of three times of any other oil filter and the guy at the counter recommended these Wix ones, anybody know?

I always thought Wix was a cheapo. Boy, was I ever wrong. They're one of the best produced filters on the market. I was at a parts store and over heard a conversation from a supplier. He was showing some of the differences in quality. Wix was by far the best.

I work fleet maintance at Coca-Cola (heavy fleet) and thats all we use is Balwin and Wix. Baldwin just sell a top of the line filter and Wix sell a inexpensive and a top of the line filter. They call the one the Gold line and thats the one you want and stay away from the silver line. We just completly went to Baldwin and In my option other then Delco that would be my choice. I wiped out all my main bearings last summer from a failed filter...Wix turned out to be one of the most recommended brands when I started researching
