    Looking for some feedback.

    >>Preferences for plug wires? Pro Sidewinder, 8mm, 10mm, custom make, prefab, preferred vendor???

    >>How about plug type and Gap?

Block is O-ringed. Reliefs cut in Pistons. 430 Heads that are heavily ported, polished, intake matched. 600-ish HP combo. 12:1 compression. MSD 6AL.

This is my first complete race car project (my excuse for remedial questions)

    Any input appreciated.

    Thanks!

    John

I've run sidwinders (MSD 8.5) and Taylor Wires (spiral 8.0). For the money, I'd go the Taylor route again. Their about 20.00 cheaper, and I couldn't tell the diff in performance.

as for the plugs I run a cold NGK

I've always been partial to Taylor wires. MSD wires are good too. They both have the lowest resistance out there. I still like NGK V-Power plugs.
