    www.wheelvintiques.com ( They make them)

    Also try American Arrow Wheels

248 435 6115 (They make some brands and I am unsure about Buicks)

They are also in stock at CARS, and Coker Tires.
I recently went to order a set from them, and they are currently shipping to these 2 vendors.

They are worth every penny you spend, they completely changed the overall look of my 55 Century, from boring to Very Cool. I also bought a set of the Coker WWW radials, what a difference in the handling and ride. Since the Buick Nationals are only 3 days out of the year, why keep those pesky bias ply tires on it!!

CARS= www.oldbuickparts.com and is not a manufacturer but had them made by someone else.

You may just try Summit as they claim to be able to order from many vendors not listed at a discount.

That is correct, CARS is not the manufacturer for these wheels, they are the distributor for Wheel vintiques as well as Coker.
Wheel vintiques will fill their distributors orders first, before selling directly to the public. Interesting to note though, that the prices do not vary from distributor or manufacturer. Everyone pays the same rate, not cheap by any means ($2700+ for a set of 4), but it is fair that way.

If you do put them on your car, make sure you re-tighten your lug bolts after the first 50-75 miles. they do have a habit of coming loose untill they are properly seated on the hub
