Windshield

    I carefully took the old windshield out and stored it away (a year and half ago); I took it out today to get ready to reinstall it and.....it is broken. I don't know who to blame yet, my kids, my wife, the dogs. But, the only person I know that went into that closet was me.

    Put all that aside for now. I need a windshield for my 71 GS. It is tinted, softray throughout the car, it has the antenna in the glass. Any help?

    PS. I am missing two studs at the top to fasten the stainless steel trim. How do I replace them?

    I paid about $200 installed for mine at the local glass shop, should be easy to find.

    Get the best deal from a local shop to order a Pilkington Dated code winshield. Specify the date.
