What is the correct color for a 70 GSX? I have seen both the clear and the yellow/gold color cranks...... Mine has the yellow/gold color and I've always wondered if they are correct.

u may or may not be able to find perfectly clear knobs. back in 2002 whwn i replaced mine, the "clear" knobs i purchased had a slightly blue tinge to them.

How about on a '69 GS 400 with a black interior?

Also, how are the handles held onto the shaft? I saw something about a clip, but I'm having a hard time getting my non-engineering-mind around it.

    Thanks!
