window crank handle pin????

    ive stripped the pin that holds the quarter window handle.......now ive just got a stripped pin sticking out of the door.....pretty baffled on this one......any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....thanks :Dou: :Dou: :Dou: :Dou:
