  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

    Hey TA!
this is Shane, I saw you guys out at pavilions this year during the Barret-Jackson time.. the 4 door skylark.. ah yes.

Anyways.. Time has finally come around to start asking some prices/time frames on some work I need done.

I am going to twin turbo route, the kit from Mark Burton.
Currently I have a 350 motor with 68k orig miles on it. It was a 2bbl, converted to a 4bbl.
I need to get the compression down to 8.5:1
TA recommended a cam when I was at the show, but I cant remember what it was.
I am also wanting to have the engine redone at some point. I would like new pistons, rods, the thing will probably need to be bored a little (some slight shavings in the oil..)
I would like to get all these things from TA. I don't know if TA will do the boring, and build the engine it self, because I have no clue what I am doing and cant do it my self.

I am a sponge, ready for recommendations.
I am also looking for a round about price and time frame this might take.

    Thanks
    -Shane

Hey Shane, your best bet would be to give us a call and talk it over with Tim or my dad (Mike) as they would be able to work out with you what you would need. We can supply all of the parts required and perform all needed machine work. Being your close to us, you could even come check out the shop and see what/how we do everything for yourself. :TU:
