Who owns this car?

There was a black/red Hemicuda in an issue of Musclecar Enthusiast just over 2 years ago. I believe the owner was a participant of the race, but with another car.

Does anyone know the date of the issue? And what about the dude?

I know a guy with a black/red '70 as well and he's interested in checking it out for inspiration.

I know his driving buddy Tem Greene is a member, he was from texas and came with him.

The guy I know with the Hemicuda . . . his car came with the side moulding in red. I'm trying to get him to put it on the car. A black car with this red trim would be soooo cool!
