Who makes shorter length shocks?

I am finally getting around to fixing a problem I had with mounting a new set of wheels. See http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?152628-If-it-weren-t-for-bad-luck&p=1192351&highlight=#post1192351

I relocated the lower shock attachment upward on the stock mounting bracket. I landed up moving the attachment up two inches. The bracket had a step in it, and anything less would have the shock mounting on an uneven surface.

So my next problem is finding a shorter length shock. I need something with an extended length in the range of 18.5in. Right now, with my suspension in full droop with the stock length shocks (extended length 20.64inches), my springs are so loose that they literally can be pulled out of the car. I searched the major shock manufacturers to see if anyone of them offered a rear shock with the same mounting scheme as the stock shocks with the length I need with no success. Can anyone recommend a source for custom length rear shocks? With the current trend towards Pro Touring and lowered vehicles, there has to be manufacturers out there that offer shorter shocks. Thanks for your help.

I landed up finding at Summit Racing a set of Belltech Shocks #2209IH that worked well for my application. The Belltech shocks cost me $59.20each at Summit, their part #BEL-2209IH.
Per Belltech, their shocks had an extended length of 19.49in and a collapsed length of 12.52in. Their shocks were just short enough so that with my rear suspension at full droop, my rear springs were loose to the point where I could spin the springs on their seats, but remained captured on their seats. Works for me.
For comparison purposes, the NAPA Sensa-Trac 94003 shocks that I had installed earlier have an extended lenght of 20.76in and a compressed length of 12.69in.
