The price was dropped to 40K at the bottom of the post on 4-9-09. I imagine there is way more in it than that. This is one awesome Car ! ! !

The car had no rust and was a straight california car when I drove it from california to 93 nats and sold it.

This is my car and I had it for sale on this board at the end of last year.
The car is now NHRA certified for 8.50 as of 3-28-09.

I was close when Bill/Flipper had it up for sale several years ago, and then Joe and I talked about a trade recently but just couldn't quite make a deal. :ball:

This car is just a few miles from me. I saw it a couple of years ago in the Autozone (Denny Manner shops at this Autozone) parking lot and knew immediatly what it was. Talked to the owner a little bit. Since then have not seen the car at any local show.

sailbrd, I remember meeting you that day. My dad (Mark) owned the car then and I was driving my old SS Camaro, which is now in your town.
You don't see it around because it's in the garage more than 90% of the time. We've taken it to Frankenmuth twice and both times she ended up on the side street, that place is crazy.
Give me a call, you're more than welcome to come over and check it out. I'll probably be in the garage this weekend getting the GTO ready for the race season. I know you've already seen it but, you can vouch for me and the car, if someone's interested. I would like to check out your GN, I've seen your GSX a few times. :beer

I love that car!! I see a bad GTO in your garage. My buddy has
2 '66 GTOs that he races(Jimmer Kline) we are over here in
the Wyoming MI area. Cool stuff!!
