Where can my buddy get interior stuff for a 67 wildcat 4 door hardtop? We've looked on yearone and they don't seem to have anything.
Had to have everything for mine custom made off old door panels and seat covers as patterns. All I could find was carpet nothing else avalible, at least 5 years ago when I did mine and doubt if that changed for the big cars
Thanks for the post Ryan, and yes I'm looking for just about anything for the interior of a 67 4door wildcat... just purchased it, there has been a leak in the back window for years and no one has done anything about it exept (god forbid) put tar around the window seal, and so since 2006 it has been sitting in some guys driveway not moving and rotting away slowly inside. ~Christian
Welcome to the board :beers2: ! I'm not sure what your looking for, but I've found Impala stuff to be fairly close on my '62.
Hi Ryan, Welcome to V8Buick, can you give us a list of what your looking for. I have a 67 Wildcat 4 door sedan I use for parts, the door pads are in good condition. Thanks Bruce
Andy has the idea. You have to be creative to find parts for these cars. I look at the Impala stuff like Andy suggested but I've also found several parts at AMES Performance. The arm rest bases come to mind. Look in the BIG car area. I think I had to tell them I was working on a '65 Bonneville. They wouldn't send a catalogue when I said I was working on a Wildcat. They said "too many returns". I had to have door panels rebuilt at SMS. They turned out great. Rick
one of the main things I'm looking for is the panel that goes under the rear window... as the speakers and that panel rotted out while in care of the previous owner, and I'm looking at surface rust on the metal where the panel used to be (not very nice looking). ~Christian
Yea, that's called the package tray. You could try one from a '67 Impala. They are fairly inexpensive, and it should at least be close. Or you could try one from a '67 big Pontiac like Rick suggested.
