I don't know if this is the correct forum BUT... i'm looking for a clean 68-69 Skylark or GS convertible. I have my rusty 68 that i would gladly use as a parts car if i found a rust free convertible bucket. Its tough out there (eBay) i was bidding on 2 cars, both were scams, i even tried to pay and get more info on the cars. Cheers!

JW would say... "Look for 2 of them"... the Body on my 68 GS 400 convert is a mess, has been for 30 years, we bought it that way. Not too bad on the rust but it was smashed on every corner, hard.. Since the numbers drive train is long gone, I have pretty much just decided to find a good donor body. Leave the tags alone do a chassis resto on the original frame, and not worry about it.. It's a 68 with a 69 hood, because I like it... so I am not so concerned about what other folks think. JW
