Having a pair of heads(1382091) checked out at the machine shop. If they check out ok, going to have them reworked.

They've already had Stg1 valves installed a long time ago. Is it recommended to do hardened valve seats? What seals should I use? Part #s if you've got em, or steer me towards where to get em. Same seals on int and exh? Or only on intake? Any other tips or something else to look out for?

    Thanks!

I'm no expert on this subject, but, I have always been told that the Viton / rubber seals like T/A Performance sells are the best for oil control and longevity. Also seals not required on exhaust valve stems, as, the oil not in low pressure (vacuum) at that part of the valve train. Things may be different at different performance levels. Perhaps others will chime in with a better answer.

Don’t bother with hardened seats if they’re just going to touch them up.
I run seals on exhaust side also, no issues.
You CAN run without them as Buick did in stock form, BUT there’s a chance of any oil weeping down the guide after shutdown that will burn in the exhaust.

I use the same viton seals as Greg above uses on all valves. I remove the little springs for the exhaust valves to allow a little oil on the stem.
