What type of fluid for top?

Hello all. I'm just now getting around to replacing the pump motor and I am not sure what type of fluid to put back into the system. When I pulled it apart it was red like tranny fluid. Is there a special fluid or just tranny fluid like the steering pump? Thanks for the help.

Use Dexron tranny fluid and you will be fine.
