I have an 1985 Regal 231 v6 that has 80,000 original miles on it but I wanna put a 77 regal 350 in it. Now in order to make it fit in just right, would I have to modify something?

nope should bolt right in. in the process of putting a 72 350 in my friends 77 regal and is the easiest swap ive encounterd yet. i do believe there is alot of info on this subject in this section. i think the only major thing they have said on here is to bolt the v6 enging mounts onto the 350 to make it fall in easier. i do believe you may have to do a little exhaust work also. dan

It's not a direct swap like a Olds 307 to Olds 350 is... but it's close.

Have to use a V8 radiator, V8 shroud, V6 brackets and accessories, etc.

Here is some motivation for you :)

    alec296 i need another buick

i would get a poly turbo v6 left side mount for hrparts n stuff
the v6 mounts are really mushy for a 350
    really mushy.
besides radiator and shroud pretty much a weekend swap

if you need a fan, shroud etc. check my ad in the "parts for sale" section titled "350, g body parts for sale". I have a v8 g body fan shroud, and a fan with thermal clutch for sale as a kit....shameless plug i know  but it should provide you with all of the cooling components that you're looking for
