What is this ?

    Hello from scenic downtown Gardenville, anybody know what this might be...I pulled the rear seats and insulation out of my 65 Riv, found a few bolts and screws, and :Do No: stuck into the sound deadener matting was this...13 inches long, weighs about a half pound, no markings, appears to be home made...thanks
