What happened to McLeod?

    Anyone know what happened to the five speed McLeod was going to release? Good price, gearing, and no mods to the floor seemed like a good deal.

    Just did a little reading on this trans. Looks very interesting for someone that doesn't want to heavily modify their floorpan to install a overdrive trans.
    Seems they've had a few issues that they are ironing out before release. Sounds like its getting close though.
    Really like that .63 fifth gear.:TU:

    I went to sema last year and this year, and last years was pretty much a prototype that apparently was eatting shifter forks. They figured out that the shifter wasn't centering or something to that effect, so the shifter is being re-engineered. I know they were hoping to have it out last March prior to the durability issues coming. At least that's what I got from talking to the guy at the Mcleod booth last month.
