What color red is the GS grille stripe?

I need to re-paint the red stripe going across the center trim on a 67 Special/GS grille.

I'm hoping to make it the same color as the GS badge on the end, but is there a particular shade of red for this?

 

I used Testors red spray on mine.

 

GS emblems and 70-72 rocker stripe are painted 69 Corvette Monza red.

 

[ ]Mine was painted with this rust oleum color. It looks pretty close to the emblem color.

 

Ha, I used Testors model paint on my skylark front center badge. Matter of fact, I have 4 little bottles sitting on my desk in front of me.

Just found out that RustOleum bought testors and is shutting it down. Slowly eliminating colors.

 

That was back in 2019. They simplified the colors but its still around.

Down at the bottom of the page, it has exterior stripe colors and the only red that included Buick was Apple Red.
