I just purchased a 5 speed tremec and am not sure what clutch to go with. the local tranny shop guy and he says to go with a lighter clutch. i was thinking of going with a centerforce, but he says that they are not very user friendly and are noisy and hard to engage. what are you guys using and why? i have a 455 making about 450 horsepower.
He has no idea what he is talking about. Centerforce Dual friction is tops with very light pedal pressure. I have them in Olds and Buicks.
