So I am being pulled away from working on my Skylark for something shiny. A 120" spitzer rail and I have no idea what I should be looking for in this car. My intention would be to put something mild in it and play with it, nothing serious. I like the idea of a pump gas engine rail that I can take to the track and have fun with. The car looks fairly complete minus eng and trans from the pictures but once again I'm not sure what goes into one. Also not sure if it would need anything expensive that would make it not practical.

I have heard of a story of someone that took a top fuel funny car and put a stock engine in it and ran 9s. So I think I could have enough fun with this for a little while.
