The GS wasn't the car Vandalized George. It was Bill's 78 Skylark Race Car that had 2 header bolts dropped in the Engine. 1 in the top of the head, probably to wipe out the rockers, and the other down the carb. The 2nd took the Head, 2 Valves & a Piston. Again, it wasn't the Club or The Event, Just some low Life Bastard that wanted to cause a problem. JR
That really sucks! Had someone drop a bolt in the carb of my Regal years ago. My Dad and I had just rebuilt a v8 for it hot cam heads and headers. Bolt took out head and went through cylinder wall. Basically junked it. We had our suspicions, but no proof. Still makes me mad:af: Good luck I hope Karma takes care of people like that in the end!
