Size wise it looks like a 71-72 Water Pump Pulley which is # 1235778. As you mentioned is has an extra groove though. Not sure what application that one is for ???

Mark, Here is what I have in AIR Pump pulleys: The pulley originally listed is larger than the other 2. The smaller ones fit inside the outer lip. It measures 5 7/8" top to bottom. The 2 smaller pulleys - 3995631 's, measure 5 1/4" top to bottom. The Inch Line is after the number on the measuring tape... Attached are a few pics. Thanks, Jeff

the nose would be about 1-3/4" tall over all, from the face laying the water pump side on a flat surface . Maybe take some pics of them showing profile from a flat surface?
Mark, All are the same total height, 2 3/4". Attached is a pic. Any shorter, I think you are referring to the pre-70 shorty pulley. Jeff
