72 350......For the 4 long bolts, which sealant on the threads do you prefer? Permatex Form a Gasket#2? Permatex Blue RTV silicone sealant? Pretty sure ANTISIEZE goes on the short 1"bolts?
Larry, do I just apply to threads, or the shaft of the long bolts? I assume there will be some "gooped up" old sealant still in the holes?
Just the last 4 threads of the long bolts that go into the water jackets. Antiseize on the small bolts. Doesn't hurt to put it on the shanks, just don't go nuts with it.
