WANTED: Riviera Super Wildcat 2x4 Chrome air cleaner

    I recently purchased a 65 Riveria Gran Sport and it has some damage to the original air cleaner assembly and I'm looking for a nice one.

    yes...from Sven. He gave me a pretty good deal and threw in some extra items that sweetened the deal a bit. Great guy.

    Hey Carl..depending on HOW BADLY DAMAGED the air cleaner you already HAVE really is...I may be interested! A local fello can hammer out most damaged metal pieces..however, he's NOT CHEAP by any means :rolleyes: Wheelz, Tampa Bay

    the current air cleaner on the engine has had its snorkels cut off and an additional "air inlet" was popped into the base.

    Let me make another post.......

    trying to work up to the point of finally being able to post pics and links.

    Is your guy good at welding thin guage stuff like that? If so, many GM junker air cleaners have the same shaped snorkel that could be welded on and then rechromed.

    it also could be cleaned up more......sitting in the shelf for 20+.

    I think the snorkels that are reproduced for the 409 will work.
    Anyone checked them out?
