Ok I have a need for speed. I need to find a car that is either back halfed, box framed, or tube chassis. I prefer an unfinished car. It has to be a buick and I prefer a GS or regal.

The car must be able to pass 8.50 cert. I have no money yet. But I do have a 70 GS455 convert project, I have a 69 GS400, and I have a 70 skylark no title. (good race car roller to be)

    Anything out there??

Mike; A guy in Wisconsin just had a 70-72 skylark chassis car for sale at an auction in Wisc. I don't think it sold. Here is his phone #715-273-3146. His name is Keith LaMora. Tim.

Mike i have no idea. My son saw it in the auction listing and called me to see if I new anyone who might be interested. I talked to my son later in the week and he said he heard that it didn't sell. Tim. I would give him a call.

Since there are fewer Buick race cars out there than Chevys I''ve wondered if you could take a '70 chevelle full tube car and change out the sheetmetal without too much trouble. Fiberglass front end, doors, and bumpers, then swap out the quarters.

May be the same with a Nova and a Monza.

Have you checked the Turbo boards for a TR roller? Also, what about that 68 Kadett? Sorta a Buick.

That is the car from the Wisc auction. The reserve is $15K. It is in bad timing for me now as I have parked all the cars and now have started pursuing other interests.
