  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

Wanted: 70-72 Skylark/GS Driver Condition

    NJBuickRacer I'd rather be racing...

Since I got out of the racing scene, I'm looking for a decent driver that I can actually enjoy. Must be a factory A/C car, even if it's not working, as long as all the parts are there. No post cars, no yellow cars, black interior a big plus. Email me and let me know what you have, buickstage1455@aol.com . I'd prefer a car within 300 miles of central NJ, or a car I can fly in and drive home. Budget is about $3k, may be higher once my wedding stuff is done(getting married in August).

Guess there's nothing out there:Do No: If you have a car with a bad trans, I have a fresh BA code TH400 waiting to go in something...I'm not afraid of mechanical issues, but can't do body/paint right now. Might even consider one with a bad engine. Just looking for something that's not hard on the eyes.

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

For $3k....you are basically looking at a parts car....or a serious resto car.....you need to bump up your price range to find a "good" car.....$3k just doesn't buy much these days.

Funny part is, I bought bought a 71 Lark a few months ago for $2k in decent driver condition and sold it to a friend. Now that I want one for myself, I can't find a car that doesn't have flintstone floorboards for $3k. I'll just wait until summer's over and pick up a nice one when someone needs holiday cash. I'll have a bigger budget by then anyway.
