Wanted: 65 Wildcat 2dr

I want to build a drag race companion for my Wildcat. I need a usable body but engine and trans don't have to be good. I don't have a lot of money so I know beggers can't be choosers.

 

I have a 65 lesabre 2 dr no motor or trans no seats. im asking $800 obo. willing to deal.

 

Do you have pictures of the car?

 

Heres the thread where the pics are. Im keeping the ralley wheels. Ive sold the vent window glass and some trim pieces.

Looks like a lot of straight metal there and my kind of price but, California is a long way away from here. Tempting but I think I will have to pass on it.

What best parts went away from '65 to '66?

 

The grill and tail lights were a let down, but the dash/instrument panel was probably the biggest disappointment.
I admit it's a taste thing.
