Low 10s HI i just ran my car last year (67 gs tubbed 3250 #)with a 482 ci with iron stage 1 heads 13 to 1 ALM. Rods with the 408 cam the car went 9.95 at 133 i know that it would have went alot faster with the 308 cam but this cam was in this short block when i got it.my car ran 9.57 @ 138.90 with my 468 motor, heavy eagle rods and heavy bme pistons with a roller cam that was only 608 @ 640 lift.i have never talked to anyone that has liked the 408 cam with iron heads it only seams to work good with stage 2 stuff. I will be posting a motor for sale for my buddy its a 464 iron head motor it has run 9.91@ 136 IN A 3000 # REGAL. SO this is my guess 3300# regal with your combo 10.60 @ 123.
John what was the specs on the roller camshaft that you were running in your motor. I really wants to go with the roller camshaft.
