Hi There, Thanks for the look. I have a 69 special deluxe station wagon. The rear window in the tailgate does not seem to go all the way. I have not as yet found the cause. If any one has info or can direct me to a sourse I 'd appreciate it . Thanks Bret

Have the same problem on the 68 Sportwagon 400 I just got. I have had the window setup out on other wagons and can't recall how to adjust them. Am pretty sure there are stops that can be adjusted.
I will post when I find out.

Finally got the window checked out and here is what I found. The window sits in a chrome base that attaches to the regulator.
The chrome base had begun to rust on one side and it widened. This prevented the window from going all the way up as it hit the metal edges in the tailgate. It seems that the motor is designed to stop upward movement when resistance is felt. So, it would not force the window all the way up.
I cleaned up the rust as best I could, but wound up have to gently bend the metal edges in the tailgate further apart so that the base could now go past them and the window now goes fully up.
Once you get the glass out, you will see what needs to be done to fix it.
    Hope this helps,
    Mark
