I'm picking up a '70 GS455 project and I have two questions; 1) The car is missing the trim tag, is there a way to figure an approximate build date from the VIN? 2) Is there a way to determine by the VIN who has the documentation (Sloan or Wayne)? The VIN is 446370K141720.
Since it is not a Flint car I think think Sloan has them regardless of whether it is an early of late 70 model. .
