hood looks nice, is it 4", bolt on, lift off?, did it fit well or did you make it fit..??

4" pin on hood, its way light and a bit flimsy so I'll use four pins and two Zues on the windshield side close to the center. All parts are from VFN and they all seem to be right on. I was surprised at how well the deck lid fit. As for the bumper, it doesnt come with any mounting provisions? So I'll be hacking up my Aluminum rear filler to fit, should be similar to swiss cheese by the time my saw gets to it

Hey! just the guy I needed to talk to. DO you have a Regal with Lexan? I was looking for some advise on how to Lexan on the front and back glass... Any suggestions?

Thanks for the compliment... its good to hear that when you spend a ton of money on your cars.. :TU:

Some good advise= The Home Depo sells Lexan (big enough to do windshields
7'x4' ish) for $75.oo a sheet. That is cheaper than speed shops. To Install is a bit tricky. Some may have a better way.I used the old windshield as a template and cut it out with a jig saw.Bought 75pices 1/4 by 20 nuts and bolts (Home Depo)Welded the nuts to the lip of the window frame all the way around.I used strips of a rubber squeegee to make up the thickness of the old glass and butle.I drilled and countersunk the holes for the 1/4x20 tapered screws. It doesn't need to be water tight for me (race car only) but you could use calking to seal it.

Sweet. Since this thing will be going sometime in the cold months, I might as well give it a try
